Also the present Just4Keepers coaches are loyal to each other and offer help and support. Any new coach who joins our winning team must have similar ethics.
Our ideal Just4Keepers Coach:
o Has actually played in goal to a high standard. (From good non league standard upwards)
o Genuinely wants to be a goalkeeping coach
o Generally has an interest in their students
o Is willing to develop themselves as a better coach
o Even though they will be in their own business, willing to work as part of the Just4Keepers team
o Has a strong desire to be their own boss
o Is willing to work hard, to develop their own business.
o Ideally to be qualified to level E. (We will consider people without qualifications but who have experience)
o Are genuine, honest and most of all, trustworthy.
Cost:
To make sure we only get the best, motivated coaches we will have to charge a small ongoing fee (no start-up fee) because it is a proven fact that people will only put 100% into a venture if they have put their own hard earned money in.
The main reason why we charge a low fee structure is because we are interested in building a prestige International coaching organization with a strong team of dedicated decent, honest and genuine coaches.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much money will I make?
The earning potential you can make through Just4Keepers is down to you and the effort that you put in. However to give you an idea, coaches running their own Just4Keepers business typically earn twice that they could earn as an employee.
How many hours must I put in?
Again this is down to you. Obviously in the early days the hours that you put in will be more as you promote your new business. But as you get your classes in place, the amount of hours you put in will be much less.
Also it depends how much you want to earn: If you only want to earn a few hundred dollars per week, well the hours will be minimum. However if you want to earn a lucrative income the hours that you invest will be more.
Existing Just4Keepers coaches work between 20 - 30 hours a week. However when you see what you potentially can earn, for the hours you work (which are part time hours really) you can now see why Just4Keepers has become the No 1 Goalkeeping School in the UK, and will be in the USA
Will it be hard work?
You do not get anything in life without hard work, and building your Just4Keepers business will be no different. But once you have put the foundations in place, this business becomes very easy to run.
I have no business skills
This is why most independent coaching schools fail and will also unfortunately continue to fail!

I am too young or old
You might be thinking, if you are too young people will not respect you, or if you are too old, you might not have the high energy levels needed to run your own Just4Keepers coaching business.
In most cases we will help you to get over this barrier. If we cannot, we will tell you.
I never played in goal can I set up my own Goalkeeper School?
We must be honest here and say that this is going to be very difficult! To coach goalkeeping you really must have played in goal, as you will not appreciate what your students are going through as they train. Also the first question potential students and their parents will ask you is: 'Who did you play for in goal?' (And quite rightly, most will decline if you never succeeded in what you are teaching)
However because the Just4Keepers support and training system is so effective, we could help you over come this huge barrier. But we stress this will be for only the minority of coaches who apply with no goalkeeper playing experience.
I have no coaching qualifications
For the correct candidate this is something that we can very easily help you with, as you will be getting all our training blue prints plus the opportunity to watch present Just4Keepers coaches in action.
However we stress that you will at least need to get your level E coaching diploma to start for insurance reasons. It will be a requirement from Just4Keepers that you develop yourself with further coaching qualifications. But doing it our way gives you the flexibility to earn as you learn!
I want to join Just4Keepers - when can I start?
Generally you will be looking at 4- 6 weeks after our initial interview. The reason for this delay is because we want to make certain that you are ready before you start and roughly this time period is what it will take for Just4Keepers to prepare and train you.
We will then continue to train you over the following weeks/months because we have designed our development program so you EARN as you learn!
